Obesity, which has become sort of endemic, is a major concern all across the globe as it brings along with it slew of diseases with serious consequences. And obese people are trying their best to loose weight. They are large numbers of obese people who rely on diet pills like Acomplia, which is being sold in Europe while it will be sold as Zimulti in the U.S.
Good news for those obese people who didn't even find these pills sufficient for weight loss. According to a study published in the Journal of The Royal Society for Promotion of Health, walking treadmill and cycle ergometry are best for loosing weight. The study was carried out to compare effects of different patterns of exercises on body weight. The study was done on women from Singapore, which lasted for eight weeks. The study also found out that these exercises were effective in slashing body fat as well as waist circumference.
